3 killed by train in Bhuyapur
Three passengers of an autorickshaw were killed after being hit by a train at an unguarded railway crossing in Dhepakandi area of Tangail’s Bhuyapur. Five people including two children were seriously injured in the same incident.
The incident took place on Wednesday (January 11) in Dhepakandi area of Phalda Union under Tarakandi-Bangabandhu Bridge railway line.
The identity of the deceased is not yet known. The injured have been sent to Upazila Health Complex.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Bhuanapur Thana Police Faridul Islam has confirmed the truth of the incident.
