Sylhet Strikers won the fourth consecutive victory in Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). Sylhet Strikers beat Dhaka Dominators by 62 runs in their fourth match. After losing the toss and batting first, Sylhet got a big collection of 201 runs by losing 8 wickets. Dhaka Dominators were able to score 139 runs after coming down to bat on a target of 201 runs.
After losing the toss and batting first, Sylhet lost the wicket in the second over of the innings. Mohammad Haris got out with 6 runs in 6 balls for the team’s 17 runs. Tawheed Hridoy came to the crease after his departure. After that, Nazmul Shanto and Tawhid Hriday handled the initial shock. The two scored 88 runs for the second wicket pair in the fluent batting of the two.
Nazmul Shanto completes his half century. However, Nazmul Shanto returned to Sajghar after scoring 57 runs in 39 balls for the team’s 105 runs. Zakir Hasan came to the crease after his departure. But Zakir got out quickly. The team returned to Sajghar after scoring 10 runs off 8 balls for 132 runs. But on the other hand, Tawheed Hriday completed his half century.

Hriday scored 84 runs off 46 balls for the team’s 194 runs. Mashrafe came to the crease after his departure. Akbar Ali was run out for the team’s 200 runs. In the end, Sylhet Strikers got a big capital of 201 runs by losing 7 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs.
Mashrafe remained unbeaten on 7 runs off 4 balls. Al Amin took 3 wickets and Taskin took 2 wickets for Dhaka Dominators.
Batting on a target of 202 runs, the wicket was taken by Dhaka Dominators at the start. In the second over of the innings, Ahmed Shehzad returned to Sajghar with 10 runs for the team. Then Dhaka Dominators lost the wickets of Dilshan Manobira and Soumya Sarkar for 16 and 30 runs respectively.
Then Mohammad Mithun and Nasir Hossain handled the initial shock. The two made a partnership of 77 runs for the fourth wicket. However, Mohammad Mithun returned to Sajghar with the team’s 107 runs. He scored 42 runs off 28 balls.
After that, Dhaka lost three more batters between the team’s 112 and 113 runs and got knocked out of the match. Despite losing a wicket at one end, Nasir Hossain kept the wicket at the other end. Muktar Ali could not bat due to injury. Imad Wasim, Mashrafe and Amir took 2 wickets each for Sylhet.
