
Northern areas may experience mild cold again
Moderate to dense fog continued to fall in different parts of the country from midnight to morning. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has said that the night temperature may drop in different places.
According to the Meteorological Department, the night temperature may drop by 1 degree Celsius in the central part of the country and 2 degree Celsius in the northern part in the next three days. In this, mild cold current may flow in one or two places in the northern region.
Meteorologist Abdul Hamid said that the temperature will decrease in the entire country on Saturday night. Its impact will be greater in the north. Temperatures may drop by 1 degree Celsius in central regions and 2 degrees in northern regions during extended five days. Night temperatures may drop to 10 degrees Celsius or less in some parts of the northern region. Mild cold may occur at one or two places. However, if there are clouds in the sky at this time, the night temperature may decrease.
Last Friday night minimum temperature was recorded at Chuadanga, 11.8 degrees Celsius. The night temperature was 12.2 degrees Celsius in Pabna’s Ishwardi and 12.6 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi.
According to the 24-hour weather forecast, moderate to dense fog will prevail in river basins of the country from midnight to morning. Light to moderate fog may occur elsewhere in the country. The night temperature will drop from today and may continue for the next five days.
