Our Islam Desk: The 99th Charmonai Annual Falgun Mahfil started with the opening speech of Charmonai Pir Mufti Syed Muhammad Rezaul Karim.
In the opening speech of this three-day Mahfil, Charmonai Pir said, Charmonai Mahfil was established not for worldly purposes but to introduce the righteous people to Allah. So there is no need to come here for any worldly purpose. If such a person comes, change the intention and prepare for self-purification.
Today, Wednesday (15 February) after the Zohar prayer, he said in the opening session of the Charmonai Annual Mahfil, which was held on a total of 6 grounds including the main grounds of the Charmonai Madrasa, that those who are new to Charmonai, they leave the worldly thoughts and thoughts and give place to the thoughts of the Hereafter. One should get rid of arrogance and selfishness from the heart and surrender oneself at the feet of God. One has to prepare to depart from Charmonai by becoming a guardian of Allah by keeping the heart fresh through the dhikr of Allah always.
At the end of his opening speech, Pir Saheb Charmonai elaborated on the rules and regulations of the Mahfil.
It is known that the mahfil will be attended by ulema from India, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan and will give important speeches. Allama Mahmudul Hasan Charmonai Chairman of Al-Hayatul Uliya Lil Jamiatul Qawmia Bangladesh and President of BEFAK attended the madrasa yesterday midnight and inquired about the overall affairs of the Mahfil and gave necessary advice.
It is known that the Muslims who came to the Mahfil were divided into 6,000 light units and were given hands-on practical training on the fundamentals of prayer and Islam. A temporary Mahfil Hospital with 100 beds has been set up for the first treatment of the Muslims who came to the Mahfil. In this, medical services are being conducted under the supervision of 40 other doctors under the supervision of 11 specialist doctors. 6 ambulances and 1 speed board are engaged in Mahfil Hospital. A special volunteer force is deployed to reach the patients who fall ill in the field to Mahfil Hospital. About 10,000 volunteers have been appointed to maintain the order of the mahfil in six fields. Bangladesh Mujahid Committee’s own security forces are engaged in security.
Next Saturday (February 18) at 8.30 in the morning, the program of the three-day grand festival will end with the final speech and prayer.
