The Supreme Court administration has promoted 10 people from Assistant Bench Officer to the post of High Court Bench Officer.
On Tuesday (January 11) according to the instructions of the Chief Justice, the Registrar of the High Court Division, Munshi Md. Notification signed by Moshiar Rahman has been issued. It has been published on the website of the Supreme Court.
The 10 people who got promoted are – Md. Shahidul Islam, Md. Hawk, mouth. Belal Hossain, Md. Mostafizur Rahman, Md. Azizur Rahman, Mohammad Jahangir Alam, Md. Obaidul Hasan Khan, Md. Zakir Hossain, assistant bench officer. Mehdi Hasan and Abdul Khalek.
According to the notification, 10 Assistant Bench Officers of Bangladesh Supreme Court, High Court Division have been promoted to the post of Bench Officer of Bangladesh Supreme Court, High Court Division in the pay scale of 2015 (8th grade).
In the case of this appointment by promotion, the provisions of Bangladesh Supreme Court, High Court Division (Staff) Recruitment Rules, 1987-6 (1) (b) shall apply. Source: Bass
