New tourist spot Swapnatari Jahaz and Shishu Park has set sail to Ramu in Cox’s Bazar to further advance the tourism sector. Ramu Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Fahmida Mustafa inaugurated the park and Swapnatari ship on Tuesday (10 January) afternoon.
He said that tourists come to Cox’s Bazar to see the sea and mountains. But they enjoy the sea more than the mountains. So the journey of this park to increase the level of entertainment in the mountains. As a result, they will be happy to see the mountains as well as the sea.

Tourism businessman Rumel Ahmed, managing director of Swapnatari Park, said that entertainment in Cox’s Bazar, famous for being the tourist capital, is only around the sea. There is not much entertainment system centered on the hill. So we decided to set up this park. We hope this park will take the tourism sector of Cox’s Bazar one step further. There are various kinds of entertainment for children including toys. Locals along with tourists from all over the country can roam here to their heart’s content.

Swapnatari Park is built on three and a half acres of hilly land next to the road in Guchchgram area of Rashidnagar Union of Ramu Upazila on Cox’s Bazar and Chittagong highway. Swapnatari Jahaj and Swapnatari Shishu Park implemented by upazila administration have already become popular among local travel lovers. There are restaurants, rest houses in the shape of beautiful ships in the green of the mountains.
